Poor people can go and will go without eating before they give up their phones. And BTW, this is the only city that still has fire alarm pull boxes and no volunteer firemen. If other surrounding towns, and cities have rid of them then something is working right. Do us all a favor and don't use the poor as an excuse to keep your city job.
