Oh yeah, the taxpayers in the raised ranches and McMansions in the towns would go for this... Like a hole shot through their heads! The towns were not more than cow pastures before the white and black flight from the City of Newburgh. Now they're filled with more people who've taken what they consider refuge from NYC and its environs. You'd have a better chance of selling snowballs in Hell!
