Subject: FD AND BUDGET

Every Taxpayer in this City of Newburgh should know that the Fire Department Union went into executive session with the City Council
To put pressure on the Council for their Greed and out of control Union. They do not care about the People of this City.
Councilwoman Christine Bello walked out stating she works for the taxpayers not the Union. There was no taxpayers group there to represent the people. It is the City councils budget not the Unions negotiations. Workers in the Street Department are being laid off so the Fire Department union can keep all their Benefits and watch TV before they go to bed at night. This City Manager has to go, he has no guts and he does not know the first about handling Unions. This Union takes credit for the heroes that went before them, that were not as greedy and were glad they had job security and lived in the City that supported them.
