The newly illegally hired Fire Chief was at the executive budget meeting.
Why was he there? The City Council never approved he appointment as stated in the City Charter, His contract salary is more then approved in the 209 budget. The City Manager gave him a$5,000 raise not approved by the council as in the Charter. Was he there as the Union lawyer?
Department heads do not represent Unions they represent the City.
Why did the Council allow all of the Union personal in to executive session and no public? How many laws can you violate in one meeting?
This City Manager by his own admission knows nothing about Budgets
Apparently he knows nothing about the law either. And why would the City Council agree to such a meeting? Please Council give us some answers.
