Subject: Who's Going to Live in Apartments with No Parking?

Since our Planning and ZBA boards are more interested in trees and bike racks, where are these new tenants going to park their cars? This may work in NYC where there's reliable round the clock public transportation where you don't need a car but not here. Or better question: who are these potential tenants? Of course the 30 year PILOTS are going to do wonders to fund more public transportation- right?
