Wonder what the "unexpected maintenance issue" is with the new state of the art, NYS and city funded pool is? The cryptic term for this "issue", only leaves questions as to what it may be. To be honest, an absent detail of the issue, only fuels speculation behind the problem. The history of the non transparent city government, gives credence to a hidden issue that may shed a bad light on an already challenged administration. Especially given the recent tift between the council and CM over the Police Commissioner job posting. I guess we may never know how many licks it will take, to get to the center of this Tootsie Roll Pop!
