Does anyone recall the lawsuit that the city paid out to dpw workers under his supervision for racism? Monkey's on the day room bulletin board! Also, what experience does he have in city governance? Or education for that matter. Just because you pick up bulk garbage, or solve some derelict maintenance issue, doesn't qualify you for being a city manager. That's what's wrong with Newburgh, and the Mayor isn't any better, lying ass Harvey.
