Unfortunately your messaging misses the mark. I do recall the lawsuit that CLEARLY and UNEQUIVOCALLY cleared Mr. Garrison of any wrongdoing, involvement or knowledge of the allegations of racism at DPW. The amount of investigations and the level of investigations that were conducted when complaints and lawsuits were filed were numerous. They all reached the same conclusion; Mr. Garrison was cleared of any wrongdoing and it also showed that he disciplined and filed for disciplinary hearings against employees that made racist remarks or comments.
