Good for his ass,now they will install another puppet to use the negative streamlining template he initiated there. I saw the resignation letter, his list of accomplishments at the department were laughable, some of the items were aquisition of new apparatus ( no ffs to drive it) , that was from Horton era. Gear wash station, already had a washer and dryer before he came. But probably a commercial setup, I give him credit if that's what it is. But overall, the Christmas tree farm owning, double dipping, carpetbagger, brown nosing, Spineless administrator. He only put up a stink when they wouldn't renew a contract with him for whatever reason. This will be interesting to see what direction this necessary public safety entity will go.
