I don't know anything about the Fire Department, I just pay taxes. Fire Commissioner, Fire Chief. What are the significant job descriptions? Does the Commissioner have authorities that a Fire Chief does not have? Does the City get extra benefits from having a Commissioner? efficiencies?
I've been paying taxes for over a decade without asking. so help me out with minimal snarkiness : )
