These numbers are representative of the minimum, I repeat, minimum response package for fire service in regards to a community like the city of Newburgh. I am blessed, and happy to be retired, as to not have to worry about working in this environment, solely created by the city of Newburgh. It's dangerous for the community at large, and extremely dangerous for the firefighters. I commend those first responders for working in the adversely created conditions created by the city. In closing, I know there will be a brilliant few, who cast negative comments on this information, but as the mayor says "men lie, women lie, but numbers don't!".
