I didn’t respond because there’s not much to say, this number is based on theory and paints with a very broad brush. If we hire 10 more fire fighters they’d just be responding to the same number of false alarms and 7 structure fires we have a month I guess? I’d be interested to know what percent of municipalities actually meet or exceed these minimums.
