It's time for the district to give tax rebates to property owners. I just heard that Padilla recommended one of his cronies to the BOE for the job as Head of finance at a starting salary of $183,000.00 a year and she has no experience. What has Padilla done for the district? There are so many story about Padilla affairs with staff, why isn't the BOE doing outside investigation.
