I was almost hit by one and it was terrifying but every time I complain about it and/or warn others that it's a problem, I get shut down or insulted. "There's nothing for the kid to do..." is always the response. But I grew up here when there was less to do and we played touch football or dribbled a basketball around. It's such a lame go-to response.
