Ahh, yes. That's when the State gave the go ahead to throw Newburgh's taxpayers under the bus to save face from having a municipality go bankrupt (tag you were it Detroit).
Back to point, it was eleven years ago mid May that the 'Burgh had a raid on its 'element'. Fast forward...the taxpayer is made a mockery of by gangsta incorporated. The marxist tools have been emboldened...
