Subject: Cat Killers in Newburgh

There are many cats missing from the streets of Newburgh. If you have an indoor cat that you let out, be aware of the scourge that is happening. Some believe that one or several of the management companies has hired people to cull our street cats. They are not working with the local shelters or even checking if they are someone's pets.
