I've never met her but Kulkin was awful. When I saw her age and the fact that she has been a prosecutor and defense lawyer, I thought that she might be ok. Her specialty is drug offenses. I suppose that's appropriate for Newburgh. I'm always hesitant especially with the City Manager switcharoo so recently. I'm more concerned that the city is going to roll over and hand out $5 million a pop to every ex-employee with a lawsuit. A few of those and we'll see major tax rate increases to cover the burden.
