It’s not a use of power. It’s local ordinance. I know damn well some ass is moving, clipping, edging by me before 8am in the morning,, I’m calling his ass out & if it’s a company, I’m issuing a formal complaint. Did it before and I’d do it again. Respect our rest. Wait till eight.
