Not calling cops for a ridiculous issue. Call out the neighbor, or the landscape company. It’s a matter of mutual respect. When you’ve talked with the offending party and they still cont8nue their behavior, accountability sanctions are warranted. I have a neighbor who mows his lawn at night, but he uses a vintage model with no motor so who cares, but if he were to mow in the morning with a high powered machine, I’d be calling him out. Mutual respect around here is lacking . . .
