Who remembers the Marino administration, where CDBG money was about to be given to the poverty pimps to open up a “lounge” on B’way right nextdoor to the sober house. The slithering snakes and their stinking attorneys. The cars. The bars. Oh, yeah, the out of staters, the carpetbaggers, the ingraters, the thieves. Any attempt at accountability was met with bricks throu windows and slashed tires. The judges, the affairs of the chief, the Courtney bop, the misdirected misanthropes sucking on the tit of Newburgh. All that an so much more. It’s deja vu all over again.
