So…….Omari is at it again- He got in a fight with a neighbor and let his dog out and it bit the guy. The PD showed up. He wouldn’t release the dog for quarantine saying it belonged to his old lady looking woman. Supposedly she said she owned the dog and was bringing proof of rabies. So far from what I hear she has produced nothing. Way to go NPD. Again. Maybe the State Police should have been there. He would have been arrested.
