This guy’s dirty. He once tried to get us to fund a trip tu Puerto Rico with his ENTIRE family. To hire people of all things (like what his next girlfriend). The BOE said no, but that’s about the only time they said no to him. AUDIT HIM AND THE DISTRICT. He’s as crooked as they come, and shame on the BOE for allowing this.
