Valentine lives in a bubble. As with Chanin he disagrees with the state's Open Government expert- a lawyer who understands the law thoroughly, thinking he is more of an expert. Somehow other communities in this state must live in a perfect world. We in Newburgh keep falling down the rabbit hole where up is down and we're late, late, late. Valentine is a hick whose time has come and gone long ago.

Utlimately, though, any city council person who attends these illegal closed door meetings is as guilty as he is- including Marge Bell who ironically was a member of the "ethics committee". I guess that city council person is just another one of those positions she appreciates solely for the title. What a sad soul.
