Right. We're going to glean the inaccurate bullcrap handed to us by an incompetent, blathering budget idiot in a PP to lead us to clues about where to look in the proposed budget? Your swiss cheese reasoning negates the special fact that the City of Newburgh has a history of at least 10 years of hiding expenditures from the public. Unless every inch of it is scrutinized it would be an exercise in futility. Of course the other choice would be to hold Regina's hand and pick up pieces of garbage off the street. Very effective in a never never land.
