"Sometimes"- you are an example of what is wrong with this City...easier to complain and slam others then trying to find facts and solutions. Next time you decide to take a shot at someone here, try thinking about what the poster is saying and can it help in anyway. Also for your own information....would 30+ years of gov't work at dept head level or higher remove me from your description of me as "an incompetent, blathering budget idiot in a PP". If there was anything you couldn't understand in my previous posts, all you had to do was ask. And if what you say is true and the City has been doing this for so many years, when and how will it stop. Try something constructive instead of complaining about what has been going on for years. If you disliked it for that long, maybe it's time to find a new location to live. The problem will be that whatever municipality you choose to live in you will find the same budget process taking place and you will still be complaining. Keep on complaining, it seems to have worked for you thus far...LOL
