I got the lowdown. You want to aim for the fresh rolls. That's where the winners are, toward the beginning. Also the new games, that's how they promote and get you hooked. Yeah I been watching in delis and bodegas for years, I watch the fools scratch off and keep losing, so I know exactly when to pounce and catch the big prizes.

This post is in response to the city's RFP for a community/economic development consultant. My rates are reasonable, only $55,000 a year, billed monthly, itemized and charged by the quarter hour.
