Well, except for the Planner and someone answering the phone for one person the Dept. of Planning & Development is no longer. The receptionist shoud go and all Economic Development should be handled by the IDA. Give them the office that is furnished with furniture and equipment that they may have paid for and let them hire a capable Admin. Asst. and watch the Economic Development happen.
