Tne IDA board has smoked thru two Administrative Director's in less than a year. They have done something unusual, which is not practiced, nor has been standarized in this city, that being; setting higher standards to governmental practices. The members inquisitive, analytical, accounting skills and best of all determination pushed McKenna/Zapata to resign. It does confirm the incompetence, overpaid hiring by the city, and in the end, it reflects the dismal governmental and budgetary crisis this city is and has been. It's ironic that upaid volunteers are doing a better job representing the public best interest. Gentlemen, please keep smoking them out
