Subject: Shuffle the deck

Why is the Historic Preservation Officer being told to pack up and move to city hall? This directive went down after the council told Lourdes her office restructure plans were not acceptable.
Loudres is gone, but Dwight continues the office shuffle. Was not the Historic Preservation Office Placed near the codes department to explain Historic District, and preservation issues when folks are at the codes department for permits?
Another Buerocratic hurtle for anyone trying to build anything here. This is being done under this 7 point guise.
How can the "one stop development shop" be located in a different place than you need to go to permit your project? Dwight do you need a definition of "one stop"??
