Loan Committee member sought for Housing Affordability Program


The City of Newburgh has submitted the Housing Affordability Program to HUD as its proposed use of CDBG-R funding. The program will provide low cost loans or forgivable grants for the rehabilitation and/or redevelopment of properties in the city....


....It is anticipated that underwriting activities will be undertaken under the monitoring of a Housing Loan Committee to be established by the City Council.
