That's right. Just toe the line and turn a blind eye, Mr./Ms. City Employee. But for YOUR fyi, the public should not have to ASK whether illegalities or improprieties are taking place. They should have confidence that people such as the "Office Manager" and YOU- whose salaries they are paying- would report any and all irregularities to the proper authorities, instead of sitting there with heads in the sand collecting pay checks. The buck stops with THE CITY (of which you are a part), and not with the people you are supposed to serve. If you have been there for 10 years, knowing that corruption has been taking place and who is perpetrating it, then you are devoid of honor and intregrity.
