I sent an emissary to paint a picture that would absurb all the problems of the city of Newburgh. The message was misinterpreted, my emissary became self absorbed and thought himself to be greater than I who sent him. The City is crumbling and so goes the depiction. "The Mist" has enshrouded the waterfront awaiting "The Shining" of the sun. There are too many "Needful Things" to concern yourselves with, "It" is a "Misery" you need not expose yourself to. Repent and save your city, cleanse the wall or watch the wall emulate your city and come apart flake by flake and block by block. You have been warned! My emissary has 10 letters in his name,3x3=9+1=10, this is why I picked him. Act now or you are DOOMED!
