Where did Crac come up in all of this? There are 5 other candidates running for those 2 seats. It took a entire year for Bell to hold the then City Manager accountable for non-performance. $130,000 of wasted taxpayer money. She was the deciding vote. It's not cahoots, it's personal agenda. If she was interested in accountability she would have voted with Bello and Dickinson sooner. She decided to see how much dealing she could do with JAM instead. Even Nick hesitated with his YMCA vote- that issue in not indicative of any alliances. As we all know, Nick is easily manipulated. BTW, Bell and her partner have been collecting petitions for Mejia. Who in your mind is that third vote?

Why isn't Angelo running with anyone? She outright admitted looking for Hispanic or Black candidates to run with her. Could it be that the end of an era is nigh and her coattails have been amputated?
