All this could have been avoidable. After the first peeling problem there were meetings and solutions to resolve the problem once and for all. Instead, Garin played the blame game. Blaming was irrelevant by that time. He refused to take advise, and I suspect that he may have had something to gain by being the sole individual who can repair it. Is he getting paid to repair the wall? I doubt he'd do it for free.

PS. it is the end of my work day so no comments on using taxpayer time to comment on this board.
