Well, if things have changed over the years, I stand corrected. In comparison, however, with the others? Still, I would pick Finch.
The NV connection will continue to hurt him and that is understandable. Yet, he has been trying to do some positive things in Newburgh and that is more than I can say about some of the complainers here (not all, though).
Maybe you all did give Finch a chance and he blew it?
