Your real enemy is not Finch, who will continue to try and do some good things at the grass-roots level.

You need to get rid of this poor excuse for a Mayor at this time. He refuses to defend his fellow Council member and next-door neighbor (businesses) when a bunch of thugs tried to intimidate her? This means Valentine SUPPORTS two ILLEGAL ACTS (at that time, there are probably more overall). After his potential and the great support he received when running for Mayor the first time, Valentine has proven to be not only a phony, but an extremely poor leader who is to afraid to take the control he has.

Last Mayor, indeed. He might be the last Mayor because Newburgh will soon be a Ward of the State (firguratively, of course) thanks to his leadership.
