She originally came here because of the Hospital Workers Union. I would suspect it's union related. She ran on the Working Families party. Maybe she offered to keep the cash cow union contracts as is. Screw the taxpayer. Look at her statements carefully, she's avoided saying anything about cutting union jobs or salaries to balance the budget even though those salaries make up most of the budget.
