Thanks Advocate! So are we to assume that because our Revals are still way above actual 100% Fair Market Values, that the 'tax limit' will be high for some years to come?

This allows the CM to continue to propose and implement outrageous tax increases, and there's little we can do about that.

Our only 'relief' would be to have the properties re-evaluated at much lower rates, in order to offset the huge increases last year with the Reval. Is that correct?
