The guy who put us in this mess to begin with. Is this another off-the-cuff rewriting of the charter? The mayor in our form of government is a figurehead. The only thing he has over the other city councilpeople is that he runs the public meetings, PERIOD. In every other way he's an equal. Why not appoint someone like Christine Bello to this board? She seems to know what she's talking about at least. This mayor has shown NO knowledge about such things. This FAB proposal is D-R-A-B!
