The absurdity of this dumbfounds me.

Why would anyone (outside of the proposed appointees) think it a wise decision for the CM, mayor and corp counsel (all offices that have performed so well over the last few years!) to comprise an "advisory" board that oversees the comptroller or ANY other department? What kind of checks and balances is this?? It's bad business as usual!! What's the definition of "insanity"? I think we all know now!!!
