During the discussion, Nick admits that he was just a 'businessman' when he served on the last Financial Review Board. I don't think that these three will be the only folks on a FRB, but they will certainly be the three closest to the issues. The suggestion for a Board said that they would get financial reports, etc. to review and 'share' with the CC.

To my thinking, for someone who wanted to see Newburgh's Government ran in a totally 'new' way, as Herbek stated at the CC Meeting, this whole thing stinks big time. There's nothing different about borrowing and borrowing some more to pay the bills, while not having the guts to make cuts that count. Even with the cuts that were discussed, there are 'new hires' suggested to re-distribute those cut funds to. So what's new? Not a damned thing.
