Little shorty? If you are referring to the Mayor, The verdict is in. Savoy SETTLED with the City, however with a 20 million dollar deficit in the City coffers it may be nothing at all. I have a question for you, beware it's loaded, even though it's one in the same, if you had a choice who would you pick as a friend, a thief or a liar? The answer is a thief, you know they will steal from you, a liar, settlment, that's how shorty did on the stand.
