So, how much is this lawsuit going to cost US the taxpayers? Will this be another "undisclosed" settlement such as the sexual harassment against the City and B. Cummins? The public should be entitled to known how much the city has paid out in settlement of litigations, being that this is a big part of the $20 Million deficit the city is in.
