Nowhere but Newburgh! This kind of skanky use of a historically protected park - and the pres. of the DPPC thinks she knows enough to give a talk about the very park she has sanctioned for BMX Races. She should be disqualified of being an authority on such a place as Downing Park. She should look at what the bikes have done to the trees and the parkland. Then she should resign, or challenge the 'animals' to cease and desist.
