The process took place in chambers with Chanin snd Counsel for both sides agreeing to 450k then the mayor calling Bell and Angelo to secure the vote. Chanin reports 40 layoffs and a 75 per cent tax increase. Even though the deal was made it still must be put on the agenda for a vote in a resolution so it happens and it's legal in the next public meeting,rhe judge made it clear that this must happen or else. Look at it this way the mayor saved you big bucks,now Joe Bonura will complete the entertainment center.
