Subject: City of Newburgh, NY BANKRUPT

With no more in our tills, we are, for all intents and purposes, BANKRUPT. Why? Ask the current overpaid temporary City Manager. No competent budget has been prepared for the last 5-10 years. Ask the incompetent Corporation Counsel. We have settled many lawsuits and paid extravagant law fees in the process. Ask the floozy temp Economic Development Director. There has be NO economic development in at least ten years. Anything that's happened has happened in spite of that department. Ask the head of the Fire Department. They've gotten premium salaries and a golden pension all while playing in their primo rec room with big screen tv and pool table...
