I think a concern would be an increase in the city's insurance premium.

I question why some on here are attacking Rockafellow. His argument against the Savoy deal was always Rudy's track record with the city, and lack of proper financial documentation on the deal. These were legitimate and necessary issues to raise, and were neither personal nor political in nature. He wasn't the one puffin' his chest and flappin' his lips.
