"Sssssssssssssussman praised Mayor Nicholas Valentine for what he said was doing what was best for the city by agreeing on the settlement." This stinks so bad that even rotting dead skunk is more palatable. This was not best for the city, it was best for Valentine and Ssssssssssussman and Lamarr and the poverty pimps that suck the blood out of this city who must be popping Valentine a few bucks here and there- a kickback is likely built into that settlement.

How could Valentine have anything to do with this settlement? Talk about a major conflict of interest. Bell alludes to our form of government being illegal. what about every day business in the city? Most of it is illegal. Either you follow the law or you don't- can't pick or choose for your own political agenda.
