Rather than get into a detailed discussion on each and every City worker, why don't each of you come up with a suggestion to RAISE REVENUE?

Your pocketbook will benefit, we'll leave personalities (or the lack thereof) out of this, and run this City like it should be---a damned business, for Pete's sake! For too long we've pondered over what so-and-so does, what they're paid, etc. etc. We should be asking "What have they done for us to bring revenue in or reduce expenses? What are they willing to do?"

Let's all get on a new track and make some suggestions, since we know that even with 11 years experience Nick and over 30 for Regina, we're pretty much up the creek here. Why is no one pointing fingers are the people who have bobble-headed their way (over all these years) to lead us to this fiasco? They're not smart enough to resign, so making their pieces of the input pie much smaller with a 'Ward' system, makes perfect sense to me.
