Mayor Shorty was on Northeast Public Radio today, huffing and puffing, and doing the razzle dazzle. In an effort to downplay the situation, he stated that the current crisis is no worse than when Porr was CM in the early '90's. He didn't mention that the problems back then were not in any way Porr's doing, and gave no credit to Porr for rescuing the city from receivorship. Instead, he threw his old "friend" Porr under the bus in an effort to save his own sorry ass, by claiming that HE (Shortpants) was among the people on the financial oversight board who were responsible for the city's recovery.
